Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 ripe banana (frozen)
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 cup plain whole-milk yogurt (or fortified soy)
  • 1 tbsp iron-fortified oat cereal (or a small handful of spinach)
  • 1/4 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp unsweetened nut/seed butter (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend until smooth, adjust consistency with breastmilk, formula, or water. Serve in bowl or cup depending on preference.
