HI, I'M YETING!
I’m a Registered Dietitian and the founder of Simple Balance Nutrition, supporting families since 2016. One of my specialities is Baby-Led Weaning (BLW), a responsive feeding approach that helps babies explore solids, build fine motor skills, and gain confidence at mealtimes.
With a strong background in pediatric nutrition and sensory–oral motor training, I guide parents through every stage of feeding with practical, evidence-based strategies from recognizing BLW readiness signs and offering safe textures to preventing choking risks, managing picky eating and food sensitivities, and easing toddler mealtime challenges. I also help families navigate traditional Asian food practices, providing culturally sensitive strategies that blend heritage with evidence-based nutrition.
My approach combines nutrition science, responsive feeding techniques, and real-world cultural insight, so families feel supported with advice that’s practical, inclusive, and realistic.
