INITIAL CONSULTATION

Ms Yeting will perform a comprehensive assessment of current nutritional needs. This session includes collecting your diet history, general health, lifestyle, supplements and medications if any. With this information, Together, we will discuss our options and next steps to develop a plan of action that best meets your needs. Also, you will leave with some customized meal plans that meet your nutrition goals.

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS

Follow-up appointments are highly encouraged to keep track of your progress, make more nutrition recommendations and customized meal plans. Having a proper follow-through is very important for long-term behavioral change and success.

I am here to provide accountability, assess progress, discuss challenges, troubleshoot what is not working and provide support and strategies for next steps.

You must eat healthier. A health survey of more than 65,000 participants found that people who ate the most portions of fruits or vegetables (7 or more) each day had a 42% reduced risk of dying (from any cause), compared to individuals who ate less than one portion a day.

Ms Yeting specializes in infant and toddler feeding including picky eating and Baby Led Weaning. She uses research-backed philosophies and therapies including the Division of Responsibility in Feeding and Responsive Feeding Therapy to help children with extreme picky eating.
