Is your baby ready to start solid foods? This workshop will give parents all the tools necessary for a successful transition from breastfeeding/formula feeding to table foods. All aspects of your baby’s nutrition needs will be covered and recipes will be provided to ge you started.
What you will learn:
- Starting with Purees versus Baby Led Weaning
- Scheduling milk feeds with meals/snacks
- Important nutrients for infants
- Introducing top food allergens
- Discuss the Division of Responsibility in Feeding (Feeding Method),
- Meal and snack ideas
- Getting children to try new foods without pressure
- Dealing with picky eating/food refusal
- How to offer "fun" foods
How about a 1-hour cooking and food play workshop that is great for children ages 3 and up?
Cooking is a great way to expose your children to new foods and build your child’s development skills. My cooking classes help expose children to new foods, basic cooking skills and get them excited about cooking and trying new foods!
We will work together to create a workshop that will work best to fit your needs.
