Step 02Confirm Your Session & Share Your Details
Once you’re ready to begin, confirm your consultation date and submit your intake forms, medical reports, blood test results, and food diary (if available). This helps your dietitian understand your unique needs before the first session.
Step 03Initial Consultation & Personalized Nutrition Plan
During your 90-minute comprehensive session, we’ll dive deep into your current lifestyle, eating habits, and health goals. You’ll receive a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your body, family, and preferences.
Step 04Ongoing Support & Follow-Up
We’ll schedule regular follow-up sessions to track your progress, fine-tune your plan, and provide ongoing support for sustainable, long-term results.
Together, we’ll assess your health history, genetics, environment, and both past and present symptoms, while conducting a full review of your (or your child’s) current food and lifestyle choices.
We’ll address all body systems to identify imbalances, triggers, and the root causes of your health concerns.

Within 3 working days, I’ll create a customized nutrition plan designed specifically for your needs. It may include:

- ● Health and nutrition testing recommendations (if appropriate)
Follow-up appointments (usually 30 minutes) are scheduled every 2–3 weeks to:

We accept online banking (FPX). All payments must be made in advance to confirm your appointment.
Yes, life happens! You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a partial fee.
