You and I will work as a partnership throughout the 3 months, working towards the same goal. My role as your dietitian/coach is to support you in making healthy, life-affirming choices.
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We deep dive into your (your child’s) health history, family history and all the different systems in the body. We discuss your (your child’s) current challenges and what’s stopping you (your child) from achieving the goals. From here we map out the path and specific areas of focus for the next 3 months.
Session: 1x90 minutes
UNLIMITED MESSAGING SUPPORT
In addition to the regular appointments, you will have unlimited messenger contact with me so you are fully supported throughout this program. You will receive tips and strategies and I will answer your questions as we go.

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
Bi-weekly sessions for a high level of accountability and support. Depending on your areas of focus, each session may run slightly differently and some may also include ‘homework’. Together we will take a step-by-step approach with easy-to-implement action points.
