MNT is an evidence-based, individualized nutrition approach to help in treating certain medical conditions.
This is the perfect opportunity for me to have an informal chat and get to know each other. You can explain your current health concerns and goals and I will then be able to explain how I work and if we’re the right fit to work together. You can arrange your free 15 minute discovery call here (LINK to whatsAPP or the booking app).
Before our initial consultation I will provide you with a health and nutrition questionnaire and food diary to complete. I will also invite you to share any previous medical reports and blood test results.
One 90-minute initial consultation done virtually over telephone or Zoom where:
● We will have a detailed discussion about your (your child’s) current health concerns, symptoms and anything flagged from the intake forms
● I will explain how I believe your (your child’s) current dietary and lifestyle choices could be contributing to the symptoms
● You will have multiple opportunities to ask any questions regarding your (your child’s) health and nutrition
● We will cement your (your child’s) goals and mutually agreed-upon a therapeutic approach moving forwards
After your initial consultation I will take approximately 3 working days to evaluate your (your child’s) individual needs and develop a personalised, safe and effective program for you (your child). This will include:
● Tailored dietary and nutrition advice
● Lifestyle recommendations
● Supplement plan
● Supporting information, recipes and resources
● Health and nutrition testing recommendations
Follow up appointments typically last 30 minutes and will take place approximately every 2 weeks so we can:
● Evaluate your (your child’s) progress, identify any challenges and celebrate your (your child’s) successes
● Interpret any blood test results
● Explore and agree upon the next phase of your (your child’s) program
You will receive an updated progress note after each follow up appointment.
A reasonable amount of support is available via WhatsApp for any quick queries. Some people also benefit from quick calls between their appointments for extra support and accountability.
