INITIAL CONSULTATION

During this 90-minute session, we take a deep dive into your (or your child’s) health history, family history, and all major body systems. We’ll explore current challenges, identify what’s holding you (or your child) back from achieving your goals, and map out a personalized plan with specific areas of focus for the next 3 months.

FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS

Follow-up sessions occur bi-weekly to provide ongoing accountability, support, and guidance. Each session is tailored to your specific areas of focus and may include practical “homework” or action steps to implement between sessions. Together, we take a step-by-step approach with easy-to-follow strategies that lead to lasting results.
