INITIAL CONSULTATION

During your first session, Ms. Yeting will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your current nutritional needs. This includes a detailed review of your diet history, general health, lifestyle, supplements, and medications (if any).

Together, we’ll discuss your goals, explore the underlying factors affecting your health, and develop a personalized plan of action that fits your unique needs. You’ll also receive customized meal recommendations and practical guidance to help you get started right away.

FOLLOW-UP SESSIONS

Follow-up sessions are an essential part of your nutrition journey. These sessions allow us to monitor your progress, adjust your plan, and provide continuous support to help you achieve lasting results.

During each session, we’ll review your progress, address any challenges, and refine your strategies for sustainable improvement. You’ll also receive updated meal plans and actionable recommendations to keep you on track.
